I contacted a vendor two weeks prior to our store grand opening and three days before the event the graphic vendor (in text of all things) backed out! He was doing everything - banners, signs, door decals, etc. I went into straight panic mode. I called Raf from Two Way Signs and explained our situation. Without hesitation, he calmed me down and apologized for how I was treated. He said he would do whatever he needed to do to help us AND HE DID!!! Everything came out PERFECT and he had everything ready for our grand opening!!! These guys are just ANGELS!!! Thank you Raf!!!!
